Directions
1. Place steak in a large shallow dish or heavy-duty resealable plastic bag.
2. Combine teriyaki sauce, vinegar, oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and onions; pour over steak. Cover or seal and marinate in refrigerator for 8 hours.
3. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade. Place steak on the rack of a broiler pan. Broil 3 to 5 inches from heat 6 to 8 minutes on each side or until a meat thermometer registers 160F. Slice steak diagonally across the grain into thick slices. Garnish with green onions, if desired.
Recipe Note: Teriyaki sauce adds a unique flavor to this marinade. Slicing the steak across the grain makes for a more tender piece of meat.
